Dentists

Dr. Lesley.K.Cave

Dentist - GDC number: 66535

Lesley qualified from Newcastle in 1991 and gained a further post graduate qualification from the Royal College of Surgeons in 1994. She has been the Principal at Kingswalk Dental Practice since 1995. For 13 years she was an experienced participant in Vocational Training and General Professional Training (GPT), both of which involve mentoring newly qualified dentists and integrating them into general dental practice. She has undertaken additional training in Implantology and has provided a implant referral service to practices within the region since 2005. 

Her four children and two dogs continue to keep her busy and after recent hip surgery fully intends to return to her running.

Mr Jeffrey Bowman

Dentist - GDC number: 229221

Jeff joined Kingswalk in April 2017, he qualified from Sheffield in 2012 and then returned to the northeast. He has an interest in cosmetic dentistry and has achieved a diploma in restorative and aesthetic dentistry from Manchester. Additionally Jeff is a IAS academy member and so is able to  provide Aesthetic alignment orthodontics which includes Invisalign and Ceramic braces.

Jeff has a general interest in sport, both following and participating including walking Gary the cockapoo and playing football, squash and cricket.

Mrs Michelle Bazika

Dental Therapist - GDC number :171061

Michelle is a Hygiene Therapist she joined Kingswalk in 2008 after qualifying from Newcastle Dental Hospital.

She has worked in both undergraduate and postgraduate training at the dental hospital.

Michelle likes to spend time with her family, cat and tortoise, she enjoys crochet and crafting.

Works Tuesday 9am – 5pm

Mrs Zoe Norwood

Practice Manager - GDC number: 108348

Qualified dental nurse, Newcastle College in 2002, with sedation certificate 2007. Joined Kingswalk in 2011. Competent in all aspects of implant work including coordination of clinical and non clinical aspects of implant cases.

Miss Catherine Joy

Practice Manager - GDC number: 157678

Qualified dental nurse Newcastle Dental Hospital in 1994, with sedation and implantology. Initially trained at Kingswalk 1993-95 and returned in 2002 in present role. Responsible for all reception and practice management

Charlotte Bromby

Dental Nurse - GDC number 269700

Joined Kingswalk in 2016. Qualified Newcastle Dental Hospital 2017

Adelina Isufi

Dental Nurse - GDC number 288705

Adelina Joined the practice in September 2023. Adelina gainer her qualification in dental nursing in  2020

Tania Ramos

Dental Nurse - GDC number 265934

Joined Kingswalk 2016. Qualified Dental nurse at Newcastle Dental Hospital 2016 . Tania Enjoys walking and cycling and spending time with her family.

Cintia Chomiakova

Dental Nurse- GDC number 306051

Cintia joined the practice in April 2023 after gaining her dental nurse qualification in February 2023 with Merit.

Beth Hunter

Dental Nurse GDC number 312666

Beth joined the practice in May 2021 and is an apprentice dental nurse and gained her dental nurse qualification in August 2023
