I have always been nervous of visiting the dentist since I was a child, but the staff at Kingswalk are amazing. You are made to feel at ease from walking in the door by the reception staff. I see Geoff for my teeth and he is gentle and clear about everything he is doing. My daughter has gone here since being small and she doesn't mind going either.Highly recommend this practice.

Over the last few months I have had dental work from Dr Lesley Cave and her team to remove old crowns which had dropped and become infected underneath. This was my second appointment with Lesley Cave, having fallen and damaged my teeth. She explained everything clearly and was completely reassuring in my first visit. Excellent practice with friendly staff. I have found Dr Lesley Cave to be an excellent dentist, very caring, informative and the practice has the most up to date technology which has really helped transform my experience. The practice was recommended to me a year ago following an incredibly difficult experience with a large national provider. I would say this is the best practice I've ever attended and very happy to have found Lesely and her staff.

As usual our 6 monthly check up was straightforward and fine. All the staff we met were warm, welcoming and friendly. Jeffery explained everything he was doing during the check ups and why he was recommending things. He had a lovely gentle manner with my two young children and especially with the toddler who got upset.
Kingswalk has been my dental provider for 10 years now. I keep coming back because of the excellent service, great care given to my teeth, the cleanliness of the entire office, and excellent results.
Dr Cave is amazingly professional and I am happy to recommend her. Her surgery is immaculate and fully up to date! I have been going to her for my dental care for over 15 years!
Having always hated going to the dentist, I now look forward to my appointments. Dr Lesley Cave always tells me what she is doing before she does it and creates such an air of calm and control over the whole experience. I am never in pain. The practice team are all so friendly and efficient. It's the best dental practice that I've experienced.

I had an appointment at 9AM and it all went smoothly, the appointment took place on time and I received good advice on some questions I had about dental hygiene.

I couldn’t recommend Dr. Cave and her team more. Dr. Cave was kind, sensitive, sympathetic and friendly - which was just what I needed going in as a very anxious and nervous patient. I’ve been seeing her for some time now but today, as I was alone in the waiting room, I confided in two of the women behind the reception about how nervous and scared I was. They put me at ease, like they always do, and made me feel comfortable for my appointment. Dr. Cave was no different.Dr. Cave’s work is outstanding, there’s not argument about that. But her and her team offer more than that - they offer comfort and support. And for that, I will never go to any other dental practice.Thank you, Kingswalk Dental!

Great Dentist and comes across very confident and able, however very impersonal. Did not turn away from computer to greet nor at time of leaving. Had to request to rinse mouth as debris gathering back of mouth. Obviously extremely busy, came across thinking perhaps a little more time should have been spent.
Excellent treatment from Dr Bowman and the staff on the occasion of my last visit. Always experience the best treatment at Kingswalk. Would highly reccomend this practice.
I've been with KDIP for years and just want to say you provide a great service every time from reception to dental care. You have accommodated me even when I've been late in for my appointments on the odd occasions. The reception staff are all very polite both in person and over the phone. Jeff provides dental care to the highest quality and is highly professional. He makes me feel at ease even when I'm nervous about having dental procedures done. I’ve had a decent amount of dental work done over the 20 years I’ve been with kingswalk, crowns, fillings, an implant, and some emergency work. Although it’s never my favourite way to spend a morning- the dentists and other staff are always professional, caring and lovely. I’ve recommended them to friends.
Staff is very kind and helpful. I am a patient of Mr Jeffrey Bowman for many years now and I am very happy with every treatment. He’s a great dentist: professional, experienced, trusty. Strange thing to say, but always a pleasure to visit, not many people say that about the dentists!A very professional set up, from reception and treatment to aftercare.The treatment I have had has been painless and I am always informed throughout procedures what is happening.I cannot recommend Kingswalk enough.Eventually, I've found a dental practice I can trust.
Left my last dentist due to them being one of a better word discriminatory and took time to get hold of my records as per request and send over my records which Kingston then used against me and despite taking £60 from me and then putting the money on hold, I was told due to my 'notes' that they could not take me as a patient, despite saying I would have an examination and x- rays. The reviews I would take with a grain of salt. I will be reporting the company for discrimination and trading standards. they still have my money which if they look at legally in the chain of emails - it is a contract. Like I say avoid ...... lots of 'Karens' work there !
I have been with this practice for many years. And many more to come I hope. Leslie and Michelle keep my teeth looking good and are very professional. The reception staff are also very friendly and helpful and keep me up to date with my appointments. Very impressed and would recommend highly.
Have been patients there for many years. Always friendly, always helpful. They have been great also in dealing with emergency situations with children's dental care (e.g. an 8-year-old running into a wall and breaking a tooth). Would highly recommend.

I was told when a young teenager I would not have any of my own teeth left by age 21 due to abundant cavities. Thanks to Dr. Leslie Cave I can still smile at age 71 with confidence and no dentures. For the last 15 years she has made this happen with her brilliant dental skills and bountiful persistence. She and all her staff are professionals, caring, and patient especially in answering a myriad of questions calming my dental worries. I’m grateful for all their efforts.
I was totally satisfied with my treatment. Dr. Geoffrey was out standing, and the nurses were excellent. Very much attentive and observing every second. It was first outstanding and best experience I had with dentist in my life. It was very hard work , A big thank you to all of them and they deserve a box of M&S Chocolate.
Amazing service, went in for an emergency appointment. Phoned 9am, no appointments, receptionist told me she would ring if any cancellations. Cancellation happened and they rang me. Dentist (unsure of name)was amazing made me feel at ease from the beginning and all they way through appointment.
My Dental Journey started over 1 year ago. I went to Budapest to a well known dental implant clinic to get a quote for dental implants, the quote and treatment plan was good. The downside was 29 working day in Budapest for the treatment. My dentist referred me to Kingswalk Dental Implant Practice. It has been the best decision I could have made. All the team have been been fantastic and I have now completed my implant journey and I am very pleased with the result. My teeth are very comfortable and look great.Thanks again to Lesley and the fantastic team for attention to detail and making me smile again!ThanksJohn
Absolutely brilliant as per usual. Jeff and his team are great at looking after the whole family. With two little boys, these visits could be quite tricky but they are always so accommodating here and go above and beyond to make sure everyone has a good experience. Can't thank them enough

Lesley is absolutely amazing. Explains v clearly what she is doing and why. Inspires confidence. Also always has great stories to share to distract from the procedures. Couldn't recommend her more. Has completely taken away my fear of injections, partly because she counts down the seconds. Also really like the dental nurses and reception staff - so friendly! Would go just for the lovely atmosphere the teeam create alone. "Lovely atmosphere". At the dentist! Figure that!
